Raul Souza Muniz

I am a Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Throughout my graduation, I have been working with teaching, academic research, laboratory works, and extensions programs.In my graduation final paper I focused on hydrological time series using the wavelet transform, clusters, and artificial intelligence with MatLab, Python, and R. Presently, I am at the Federal University of Paraiba as a Civil and environmental engineering master's student, I am also in TAIL - Artificial Intelligence group. I work with Artificial intelligence and hydrological models.

In that way, I’m currently working on geospatial studies with Google Earth Engine, ArcGis, and Qgis. Also, I'm thrilled to apply Artificial Intelligence in environmental modelings, such as Time Series forecasting with RNN, and CNN in satellite imagery classification. Other than that, I am studying some GAMLSS methodologies in rainfall predictions with R.
